Summary
This is an early safety study for a new injection called AVD275, which contains the pain-relieving drug celecoxib. It will be given as a single shot directly into the knee joint of 15 people with osteoarthritis. The main goal is to see how safe it is and how the drug moves through the body over 24 weeks.
