Could a simple scan replace painful kidney biopsies?
NCT ID NCT07469059
Summary
This study is testing a new, non-invasive ultrasound imaging technique to see inside the tiny blood vessels of the kidney. The goal is to see if this method can provide detailed pictures of kidney damage in people with signs of kidney inflammation, like protein in their urine. If successful, it could help doctors diagnose kidney problems without needing an invasive biopsy.
