Summary
This study is testing a new medicine called PF-08634404 for adults with advanced kidney cancer that has spread. Researchers want to see if the medicine is safe and effective when given alone or with other cancer drugs. The study is recruiting 224 adults who haven't received any treatment for their advanced kidney cancer yet.
