Summary

This study is testing whether a serious autoimmune blood disorder called iTTP can be treated without the standard, invasive plasma exchange procedure. Researchers want to see if giving patients a lower dose of plasma directly into their veins, along with two other medications, works as well as the current treatment. The goal is to reduce treatment burden and complications while still effectively controlling the disease.
