Summary
This study is testing a new injection called BT-114143 for women who experience abnormally heavy menstrual bleeding. The main goals are to check if the injection is safe at different doses and to see if it can effectively reduce the amount of blood loss. Researchers will also measure how the treatment affects women's daily life and discomfort related to their periods.
