New drug combo aims to shrink tumors before bile duct cancer surgery
NCT ID NCT07267078
Summary
This study is testing whether giving two immunotherapy drugs (Tuvonralimab and Iparomlimab) plus chemotherapy before surgery can improve outcomes for people with bile duct cancer. Researchers want to see if this approach helps surgeons remove more of the cancer completely and reduces the chance of it coming back. The trial will enroll 45 adults with bile duct cancer that hasn't spread to distant organs.
