Immunotherapy duo aims to boost cervical cancer treatment before chemoradiation

NCT ID NCT07613567

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether adding two immunotherapy drugs (iparomlimab and tuvonralimab) to chemotherapy before standard chemoradiation can help people with locally advanced cervical cancer live longer without the disease getting worse. About 486 adults aged 18-75 with stage III-IVA cervical cancer will be enrolled. The approach combines neoadjuvant immunotherapy and chemo, followed by immunotherapy with radiation, compared to standard chemoradiation alone.
