Glowing dye could help surgeons spot lung cancer

Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new fluorescent dye called LS301-IT. The dye is given by IV before surgery and is designed to make lung cancer tissue glow under special light, helping surgeons see it more clearly. The main goal is to check if the dye is safe and to see how well it works at different doses. The study will include up to 24 people with lung cancer who are scheduled for surgery.
