New hope for painful skin condition: trial tests potential treatment
NCT ID NCT07225569
Summary
This study is testing a new drug called SAR445399 to see if it can reduce painful skin lumps and improve quality of life for adults with moderate to severe hidradenitis suppurativa (HS). Researchers will compare two different doses of the drug against a placebo (inactive substance) over 16 weeks of treatment. The main goal is to see how many participants achieve a 75% reduction in their painful lumps and tunnels.
