Summary

This study tests a new drug called SAR445399 for people with moderate to severe hidradenitis suppurativa (HS), a chronic skin condition causing painful lumps. About 144 adults will receive either the drug or a placebo for 32 weeks to see if it reduces abscesses and inflammation. The goal is to find a safe and effective dose to better control this long-term disease.
