Summary

This study tests an experimental drug called SAR445399 in 144 adults with moderate to severe hidradenitis suppurativa (HS), a painful skin condition that causes abscesses and tunnels under the skin. Participants will receive one of two doses of the drug or a placebo for 32 weeks. The main goal is to see if the drug can reduce the number of abscesses and inflamed bumps by at least 75% without worsening other symptoms.
