New hope for hodgkin lymphoma patients out of transplant options

Summary
This study is for adults with classical Hodgkin lymphoma that has returned or not responded to prior treatment, and who cannot or choose not to have a stem cell transplant. It will compare two different combination drug therapies to see which one better controls the cancer and keeps it from progressing. The main goal is to see how many patients live for a year without their cancer getting worse.
