Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new oral medication called MK-4646 in people with HIV who have not yet started standard treatment. The main goals are to check if the drug is safe and well-tolerated, and to see if it can lower the amount of HIV virus in the blood. The study will involve a small group of 28 participants and focuses on finding the right dose.
