Summary
This study is testing an experimental drug called AHB-137 in adults with chronic hepatitis B who have never received treatment. The main goal is to see if the drug can reduce the hepatitis B virus to very low or undetectable levels in the blood. Researchers will also monitor side effects and check if the treatment improves quality of life.
