Summary
This early study is testing the safety and initial performance of a new device called the Laplace System. It aims to replace a severely leaky tricuspid heart valve using a catheter inserted through a vein, avoiding open-heart surgery. The study will enroll about 15 patients in Canada who have severe symptoms despite medication.
