Pioneering heart valve fix tested in first patients

Summary
This is an early study to test the safety and function of a new device called the DUO System. It is designed to repair a severely leaking tricuspid heart valve using a catheter, avoiding open-heart surgery. The study will enroll 15 patients who have symptoms despite medication to see if the device works and is safe over time.
