Summary
This study is testing a new type of MRI scan that looks at how heart cells use energy (metabolism) in people with ischemic heart disease. The goal is to see if this scan can better tell the difference between healthy, struggling, and permanently damaged heart muscle compared to current tests. If successful, it could help doctors make more precise treatment decisions.
