Zapping heart rhythm problems: new device trial seeks participants

Summary
This study is testing a new medical device that uses brief, targeted electrical pulses to treat atrial fibrillation, a common type of irregular heartbeat. The goal is to see if the device is safe and effective at controlling the condition in people whose symptoms haven't improved enough with medication. The procedure aims to create small scars in the heart to block the faulty electrical signals causing the irregular rhythm.
