Summary
This study is testing a new drug called HRS-1893 for people with a specific type of heart failure where the heart pumps normally but doesn't relax properly. The main goal is to see if the drug is safe and well-tolerated. Researchers will also check if it helps improve symptoms, walking ability, and heart health markers in about 48 participants.
