Breakthrough heart device aims to tame deadly rhythms

NCT ID NCT06830746

Summary

This study is testing a new type of wire (lead) for heart devices like defibrillators. The lead is designed to deliver electrical therapy more precisely to control dangerous irregular heartbeats in people with heart failure. Researchers are checking if this new lead is safe and works well for pacing the heart and delivering life-saving shocks when needed.
