ENROLLING_BY_INVITATION Disease control Sponsor: Vascudyne, Inc. Source: ClinicalTrials.gov ↗

Summary

This is a very early safety study to see if a new, lab-made blood vessel graft is safe and works for heart bypass surgery. It will be tested in 5 patients with severe coronary artery disease who need multiple bypasses. The main goal is to check if the graft stays open and if patients avoid major heart problems or strokes for up to 2 years after surgery.
