Summary
This study is testing a new behavioral treatment called Headache Reprocessing Therapy for Veterans who experience persistent headaches after mild brain injuries. The 8-week group therapy program aims to reduce headache impact by addressing fear and avoidance patterns. Researchers will compare it to standard headache education to see if it's safe, practical, and effective for improving daily life.
