Direct tumor injection trial offers new hope for tough head & neck cancers
NCT ID NCT07219212
Summary
This early-stage study is testing whether injecting an experimental drug called JNJ-90301900 directly into tumors is safe and helps shrink cancer when given alongside standard chemotherapy and radiation. It will enroll about 30 people with locally advanced head and neck squamous cell carcinoma. The main goal is to check for side effects, while also measuring how well the tumors respond to the combined treatment.
