Head-to-Head test for stomach bug cures

Summary
This study aims to find out which of two 14-day antibiotic treatments works better and is safer for curing H. pylori infection, a common stomach bacteria. It will enroll 552 adults with the infection and randomly assign them to one of the two treatment plans. Researchers will check if the infection is gone and monitor for side effects, also looking at how a person's genes might affect treatment success.
