Summary

This study is comparing several different 4-drug treatment combinations to see which works best for eliminating Helicobacter pylori, a common stomach bacteria. It will enroll about 1,730 adults with the infection to track how well each treatment clears the bacteria and what side effects people experience. The goal is to find the most effective and safest first treatment option.
