New hope for aggressive brain cancer: trial tests immune therapy combinations

NCT ID NCT06061809

Summary

This study is testing several combination treatments for adults whose glioblastoma brain cancer has returned or progressed after initial treatment. The trial has two parts: one testing three drugs together, and another comparing two different combinations that include a special cap that delivers electric fields to the tumor area. The main goals are to see if these treatments are safe and if they can help control the cancer's growth.
