Double-Punch immunotherapy trial aims to extend life for deadly brain cancer patients

NCT ID NCT05465954

Summary

This study is testing whether giving two immunotherapy drugs before and after surgery can help people with glioblastoma that has returned after initial treatment. The trial will enroll 54 adults whose brain cancer has come back despite previous surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy. Researchers want to see if this combination approach helps patients live longer and controls the cancer better than current options.
