New immune weapon tested against deadly brain cancer
NCT ID NCT06805305
Summary
This study is testing whether adding a new immunotherapy called DOC1021 to the standard treatment helps adults newly diagnosed with glioblastoma live longer. About 180 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the standard treatment alone or the standard treatment plus the new immune cell injections. The main goal is to see if the combination improves overall survival time.
