Tiny eye valve could help control glaucoma pressure

NCT ID NCT07480603

Summary

This early study is testing a new self-adjusting drainage device implanted in the eye to help control pressure in glaucoma patients. The device is designed for people whose eye pressure isn't well controlled by standard eye drop medications. Researchers will follow 10 participants for at least 6 months to check if the implant is safe and helps lower eye pressure.
