Summary
This study is testing a new drug called DR30206 in combination with standard treatments for advanced gastrointestinal cancers like colorectal, stomach, and esophageal cancer. Researchers aim to find the safest and most effective dose and see if the combination helps shrink tumors. The trial will enroll about 186 adults in China who have advanced cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
