NCT ID NCT07188441
Summary
This study is testing whether combining two existing chemotherapy drugs, teniposide and cisplatin, can safely and effectively treat newly diagnosed central malignant germ cell tumors in the brain. It will involve about 40 patients who will receive the drug combination every three weeks for several cycles, followed by standard radiation. The main goal is to see how well the tumors respond to treatment and to help patients live longer.
