Scientists test Next-Gen flu shots for safety
NCT ID NCT04451954
Summary
This study tested several new versions of a flu vaccine to see how safe they were and if they could trigger a good immune response. It involved 210 healthy adults, split into groups receiving different formulas, some with an extra ingredient (adjuvant) to potentially boost effectiveness. The main goal was to monitor for side effects and measure antibody levels in the blood after vaccination.
