Summary

This study tests a new 4D microscope-integrated OCT (MIOCT) system for the first time in people during eye surgery. Researchers at Duke University will use it on 5 adults having surgery for corneal, retinal, or other eye diseases. The goal is to see if the system is easy to use, safe, and provides clear images of eye structures during the operation.
