Summary

This is an early-stage study to test the safety and tolerability of a new experimental drug, RO7669330, given as an injection into the eye. It is for people with geographic atrophy, an advanced form of age-related macular degeneration that leads to permanent vision loss. The main goal is to see how well the body handles the drug and to find a safe dose for future testing.
