New eye camera spots early AMD before vision fades

Summary

This study tests a new, high-resolution 3D eye scanner that can see both the structure and health of cells in the back of the eye. Researchers will scan 50 people with early age-related macular degeneration (AMD) to see if the device can spot early signs of the disease. The goal is to improve early diagnosis so that vision loss can be slowed down.
