New eye drop formula tested to fight leading cause of blindness

Summary
This study tested two new strengths of an experimental eye drop called T4090 against an already approved drop, Rhopressa. The goal was to see if the new drops are as good or better at safely lowering high pressure inside the eye for people with glaucoma. About 161 adults with open-angle glaucoma or high eye pressure participated in this completed Phase 2 trial.
