Summary

This study is testing a new type of exercise using a special machine to see if it helps people with knee arthritis climb stairs more easily and safely. Researchers will compare 60 adults with arthritis to healthy adults, measuring muscle health and movement patterns. The goal is to see if this training improves strength, coordination, and reduces pain during daily activities.
