Summary

This study is testing whether combining a cancer drug called TAS-102 with radiation therapy is safe and effective for older adults with advanced esophageal cancer. The first part finds the safest dose, and the second part checks how well that dose works to control the cancer. The goal is to see if this combination helps patients live longer and manages their disease.
