Summary

This study is testing the safety of a new type of lab-grown blood vessel for heart bypass surgery. The research involves 20 patients with severe coronary artery disease who need multiple bypasses. Doctors will implant one engineered vessel alongside traditional grafts to see if it works safely and stays open over time.
