Summary

This study tests a new, non-surgical weight loss method called Gastric Mucosal Ablation (GMA) for people with class III obesity (BMI over 40). Instead of surgery, doctors use a thin tube and a special device to treat the stomach lining. The main goal is to check if the procedure is safe and possible. Thirteen participants will be followed for 6 months after treatment.
