Scientists test Triple-Threat treatment and special diet against tough uterine cancer

Summary

This study is testing whether a new three-drug combination, called PIKTOR plus paclitaxel, can help control advanced or returning endometrial cancer. It will also test if adding a special diet designed to lower insulin levels makes the treatment work better. The trial is for people whose cancer has continued to grow despite previous treatments, including chemotherapy and immunotherapy.
