Targeted therapy trial aims to keep endometrial cancer from returning
NCT ID NCT07022483
Summary
This study is testing whether a newer, targeted drug called trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd) works better than standard chemotherapy after surgery for certain types of endometrial cancer. It is for people whose cancer tests positive for a protein called HER2. The main goal is to see if the new treatment helps patients live longer without their cancer coming back.
