Could a simple swab replace invasive tests for uterine cancer?

NCT ID NCT07298707

Summary

This study aims to see if a new molecular test (CISENDO) using a cervical swab sample can accurately detect and monitor pre-cancerous and cancerous endometrial lesions. It will enroll 3,500 women at medium-to-high risk for endometrial cancer. Researchers will compare the test's results to the current standard diagnostic procedure (hysteroscopy) to see if it can reliably identify high-risk conditions and track changes over time.
