New hope for women with Tough-to-Treat endometrial cancer

Summary

This study is testing whether a new drug called Rina-S works better than standard chemotherapy options for women whose endometrial cancer has returned or worsened after prior treatment. About 544 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either Rina-S or one of two standard chemotherapy drugs chosen by their doctor. The main goals are to see if Rina-S helps patients live longer without their cancer getting worse and improves overall survival.
