New shot aims to tame dangerous blood fats

Summary
This study is testing whether a new drug called solbinsiran, given as two injections, can safely lower very high levels of triglycerides (a type of fat in the blood) better than a placebo. It will involve 60 adults with a history of severely elevated triglycerides. The main goal is to see how much the drug reduces triglyceride levels and to check for side effects.
