Summary
This study is testing whether a new drug called sovateltide can help newborns who have brain injury from not getting enough oxygen during or around birth. The drug aims to protect brain cells and promote repair. Researchers will compare sovateltide to a placebo in 40 babies to see if it reduces death or serious disability.
