NCT ID NCT07239622

First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated Jun 10, 2026 · Updated 35 times

Summary

This study tests a combination of three drugs—liposomal irinotecan, sintilimab, and anlotinib—in people whose ovarian clear cell carcinoma has come back or not gone away after standard treatment. The goal is to see if this mix can shrink tumors and control the disease. About 36 adults aged 18 to 75 will take part, receiving the drugs in 3-week cycles. This is not a cure, but aims to manage the cancer and slow its growth.
