Promising new combo aims to wipe out HER2+ breast tumors before surgery

Summary
This study tests a combination of three drugs (disitamab vedotin, pertuzumab, and toripalimab) given before surgery to people with HER2-positive breast cancer. The goal is to see if the treatment can completely eliminate the cancer in the breast and lymph nodes. About 40 adults with early-stage, large tumors will participate.
