Summary

This phase 3 trial is testing whether a new drug called surovatamig (AZD0486) combined with rituximab works better than standard chemotherapy plus rituximab for people with untreated follicular lymphoma. About 1,018 participants worldwide will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatment groups. The study aims to see if the new combo can delay cancer progression and shrink tumors more effectively.
