New hope for Tough-to-Treat colon cancer
NCT ID NCT05846867
Summary
This study is testing new drug combinations for people with advanced colorectal cancer that hasn't responded to standard treatments. Researchers are examining two experimental drugs, AK119 and AK112, given alone, together, or with chemotherapy, to see if they can better control the cancer. The trial involves about 170 adults in China and aims to find safe, effective doses and measure how well the tumors shrink.
