Summary
This trial is testing whether adding a targeted drug called orelabrutinib to standard chemotherapy can improve outcomes for people newly diagnosed with primary central nervous system lymphoma, a rare type of brain cancer. About 215 participants will be randomly assigned to one of three treatment groups. The study is not yet recruiting and is in phase 2/3.
